It was a fast appointment; however they have really eased the pain.

I expected to be waiting for hours for an appointment. My first contact was 08:10 & we got an apt for 09:30. The nurse practitioner was extremely helpful & put my son at ease. I feel she went above & beyond & went out of her way to ensure we didn't have to make the journey to Newcastle RVI. I have never used this service before & it exceeded my expectations.

I've used choc a couple of times, they are all very nice, polite. Hospital always clean. There is nothing to improve in my eyes. Just keep it up. I've the utmost respect for everyone and West Cumberland. Love you all.

This is the worse possible service. You can not get to see an out of hours doctor now at all. This 111 servuce relies on sending people in citys etc to walk in centres etc but guess what this is Cumbria and theres no walk in centres we have nothing. I woke with the worst pain in my ear describable just suddenly i have been through labor and it wasnt this bad! . I took pain killers give them time to work no joy, i am a grown woman and i was crying to the phone and was told i couldnt see a dr i had to wait 3 hours for my own doctor to open. This is the 21st century why are we in Cumbria being tret like second class citizens to everyone else. Just because there is no walk in centers!

You A and E could do with a number of large T.V's to watch but not Jenny Kyle. Coffee which costs 1.20 euros should taste divine. Very clean and tidy though, like the yellow! Your slot for your suggestions box could do with being bigger as this form does not fit in. Thank you.
